Here are some common questions:

  • You can switch out a lanyard for a custom beaded bracelet for an additional $10.
  • Returns will be mailed back out within 1-3 days.
  • You can add-on to kids' keychains.
  • All silicone beads are BPA safe, especially for pacifier clips.
  • If something isn't correct or up to your standards, please just let us know, and we'll try to either fix it, resolve it, or refund you once you return our product how you got it.

Tell me about your shipping, return, and exchange policies.

Here's what you need to know:

  • Shipping is roughly an additional $3.50 per keychain.
  • Exchanges will be processed in 1-3 days with confirmation that you returned what we sent you.
  • Refunds will be returned to you after we inspect and review your return.

Do we offer discounts?

This depends, we offer 10% discounts to all Veterans.
